Looking for Christmas designs

Post by Sherry on Wed Nov 12, 2008 2:33 pm

I have an event coming up November 22nd and I'm looking for Christmas designs. I know it's before Thanksgiving, but they're still making it a Christmasy event with a Santa visit and Christmas tree decorating. Anyone with any good Santa faces? I've had problems finding one I like. Any Christmas faces or ideas are appreciated.

Thanks!

I've got a Christmas Design Sheet - 16 designs for the Christmas Season. You can see them here: Design Sheets

The Design Sheets are 8.5 X 11" and laminated and are available from www.puttinontheglitz.ca .

I have several Design Sheet available: Christmas, Spring, Summer, Boys, Butterflies & Swirls, and Halloween with more in the works. Availabiliy varies seasonally.

Yes, I did, thanks. Smile I've looked there and went on some big searching sprees last night. I've got plenty of cheek art ideas and I think I've got the full faces I'm going to try and talk my kids into letting me paint on them and take pictures. Rudolph, Santa, The Grinch, Angel, Snow Princess, Christmas Princess, Snowman, Polar Bear, Xmas Bulbs and possibly elf, Christmas tiger and Christmas butterfly?

We'll see! Smile

Send us your faves. I saw a few old pics on the SillyFarm.com gallery. You could modify to make your own. The santa with the glasses was kinda of a different take.

Thanks! I've never seen Silly Farms gallery. I like the Rudolph cheek art they have a lot better than the one I did. I think I'll try that one. I'll post some of the Christmas faces I'm using in my gallery.

I just got another 'Christmas' Church booking. They just want me to do a bible study group for a few hours...

I'm working up a gallery myself! I'll post any pictures I do. I'm only doing cheek art, as the groups will be filtered through and they want the designs simple and more religious based.....Stars ok, Angels ok, Crosses and Doves ok....

Santa, sleighs and reindeer, NOT ok...haha

I think I can do a tree, if it has a star on top...I can do candy canes. So it'll not be an exciting 'full face' type deal, but I'm looking forward to being creative to make these few simple things REALLY pop for the kids! Smile
