DropBox to backup your business

I've discovered the best site for backing up all my business documents & my photos. It's free for 2MB. I love it because I run my whole business out of the DropBox Folder on my computer & it's automatically saved on the website. I can access any document on the go from any computer, phone, etc. It can be linked to multiple computers, so I can do some work on my computer & then some on the computer in another room & it's all saved. Best of all... I will never lose anything if I ever have a complete computer meltdown. Oh... and I get more storage space if I share it w/ ya'll

I love Dropbox... been using it to share funny pictures with my friends for years LOL. It is definitely handy!

I use Dropbox all the time! We use it for work, plus I put alot of my FP business stuff on there so I can access it at work, and now I have folders between me and friends to share pics and things too. It's just super handy.

Love my dropbox!! I have stencil design folder that I have actually shared with several ladies on the forum.

I'm loving it! I was able to access a document at church & print it out for my booth. They asked me to limit the designs & I felt so prepared!

Now, How do I Share w/ someone else?

You go to www.dropbox.com and then you can choose a folder and say "invite". Then, you enter their email addy and BAM...the folder is now in their dropbox. magic!

Another great thing you can do with the website version of Dropbox...

If you upload a file to your Public folder, you can share that file with anyone through a link (if you right click on the file you uploaded it'll give you an option to copy the link to that file). It's very handy if you want to share a PDF, word doc, Photoshop file, etc. with a group of people without using email.
