I have no idea how Kathy still brings home a paycheck after having worked at a store that sells Face Painting stuff and costumes....it's like working in a chocolate factory for a chocolaholic! Very Happy

Welcome......I know I don't have enough control to work in a place that sells paint and glitter!!! I left the theatre/costume shop 40 miles away with a ben nye bruise wheel, 2 ben nye magicakes, a spirit gum, and 4 mehron gold metallic powders!!! not to mention the wig, and wig cap to complete my elf costume! (I now have everything but the actual top and bottom....that is.)

Have fun and try to stay warm - face painting and tattoos must be a tougher sell in Canadian late fall/winter seasons!

I used to lost control as well with facepainting products, but I'm getting better at it now. I now ask myself: "Do I really need this, right now?" which helps to control my facepainter urge. :p Eheh.

Hi Natalee, from Kat in NZ. I'm a fellow Canuck, from Brantford, hometown of the great Wayne Gretsky. So, practically neighbours!

I've just gotten into face painting a few months ago, and am right into it now. I love Ashley Pickin's pirate - her avatar on this thread. I'm so inspired by the talent on these forums! They are a great learning resource.
