Re: Looking for feedback on Palettes Use/Desire
I personally am of the mindset that I'd only buy a palette to try colors I haven't already, so the DFX metallic palette would be the only thing to interests me (well, they all tempt me, but common sense and frugality must prevail). I am down to about 12 colors of Snaz, Paradise and DFX left to "acquire", so I pretty much know what I want. I like buying the full sized pots because I split most of them (which has afforded me a backup kit in my storage drawer) and the palettes would leave me wanting more...I just know it.
While I like the look of the plastic cases, now that I've already established a means by which to store and transport my paints, I'd probably stick with it. In order to house my kit in the designated procases would require an investment of over $100 and I'd rather spend that on paints and food.

I love Diamond FX! I use it for all my paints. You get more, and it goes on well. I just can't make Snaz work for me. I have had to throw it all out. For my pressed powders -which I use more than paints - I use a mixed of all of the brands
You can see my set-up by going to http://www.funfacepainting.com/book.html Click on the book in the middle, and see the middle one where it says DOWNLOAD 10 PAGES FOR FREE. Go to page 3 to see how I dig the paints out of their containers, and put them into plastic containers. I can fix a ton of them into my palette box, as you can see.
