Faux henna

Post by Miss Ronnie on Fri Oct 05, 2012 9:33 am

I picked these up yesterday at A.C. Moore with a 55% off coupon from $5.99...
(Didn't try Michaels, but they may carry them, too)

They are FUN!!!!

But if you have the tiniest bit of crepe-y skin (or, vintage skin, as we like to refer to it here on the forum) the ink will bleed A LOT!

But I will be finding lots of ways to use them on youthful skin!

Ooh, fun! I've noticed the skin on my hands getting more....um....yes, vintage is a nice word, recently. Wink

omg, you're right. It washed off immediately... jeesh, a Sharpie would be better than these things. Going back to the store, indeed!

I bought these because I was waiting for the arrival of my Kryolan Skinliners that I ordered a few days ago and wanted to see if they would compare - hopefully Skinliners will not wash off so easily.

I bought them too and they're fun to doodle with, but they bleed, fade, and wash off right away.
