Can anyone tell me about Paradise Face Smoothie?

What's it used for? Do you like it? Reviews?

I have never used as I refuse to pay that much for ONE sponge. There are so many other, cheaper, options available.

Some retailers carry sponges this same shape for a heck of a lot less. The Forum Shop has a version of it for $3.99. But that still is more that I will pay for ONE sponge.

As I am required to use a clean sponge on each and every person cost and efficiency is more important.

For make-up application (regular oil based make-up) I must use disposable sponges so, again, cost would be prohibitive.

Think someone else mentioned that they stay wet a long time in comparison to the other sponges. I have a ton of sponges ...Fantasy Worldwide greenies, tack sponges, cut-up carwash sponges, Snaz petal, cut up upholstery sponge, Snaz rounds. They are all good sponges to work with.

So this is just a sponge? That's it?

This sponge is not made for face painting. It is a makeup sponge meant to use with foundations, it absorbs the excess oil from makeup. For its intended purposes it works great.

I think Denise Cold uses these for her Starblends & gets awesome results. I don't have one yet, but have considered it...

Latex wedge sponges made for foundation work well for Starblends so I imagine yes these may work too. I'll have to give it a try today.

I use one for applying my foundation when I remember to wear it...but not for face painting. I don't use starblends so I really shouldn't even responding...I'm just bored.
