SF Holly Rainbow Cake

Post by Willoughby on Thu Nov 08, 2012 10:46 am

Does anyone have this one? I've just used it on my daughter's face and noticed that the greens wouldn't come off my fingers after sponging. I'm a little concerned about getting this all off her face before school tomorrow. Does anybody know if regular soap is going to get this off or what can I try? I'm trying to find out exactly what brands are in this cake...

Try good old olive oil.
Many greens and blues seem to stain more, no matter what the brand.
I much prefer the TAG one strokes.
At the very least, I always know which brands of paint I am dealing with.
I also prefer the rectangular cases the 50g one strokes in which the paint is packaged.

If it is near the eyes I find that soaking a warm wet facecloth on the stains helps to remove them.

Moisturize, wait awhile, at least 45 mins, then use the "lather-lift" method. Works for me every time! Smile

I have the same problem, the reds and greens stain so bad. I'm so dissappointed with this one. So I ordered one from the forum shop TAG... havent used it yet

Just use a little oil free eye makeup remover. It won't hurt the eyes and it always works for us!

I never recommend using moisturizers for children, simply because many contain perfumes that can cause stinging... my own eyes sting and tear up. But cold cream is a safe bet. It has been used to remove make-up for so many decades... it's a staple in theatre make-up! I carry a jar of Ponds in my kit.
