tiny hair clips from the dollar store

distilled water to paint with

business cards

organic lavender hand sanitizer

unscented baby wipes

unbreakable mirror from IKEA

breath mints

70% rubbing alcohol

pop up folding cups to hold my drying brushes

Lee Valley Tools surgical scrub brushes

pop up bucket to hold my used sponges

festive gift bag in translucent plastic to hold my garbage beautifully

telescoping director's chair with closed back

new FatMax

roll up table

homemade foamcore folding table top with velcro to hold paint and brushes in place, bungy corded to my FatMax

If I am doing an all day festival, I put soft, squishy foam interlocking floor tiles in my tent. When I drop a brush, I can find it.

This is just to start with.

Where do u get the folding cups please???

I like to bring a self standing mirror and set it up on a different table so the kids can look at themselves all they want without using the one i am using

Shawna D had a really neat vid about gem holders...those are FAB would have loved them at my first Easter event! I love those fold-able little square box containers things, you can store your trash in those and then fold them up in whatever you store your paints in I choose to put my dirty sponges in them. I think the number one thing you need to do is figure out how you are going to display (If you so choose to do that) your designs. Some people use a word board some people don't use anything. That took me the longest and to be honest I'm still working on it. For bigger festivals (read fairs PPF) I MAKE my children be my models and take pictures. For smaller ones I use a face board (search Denise Cold here) or black board. I don't like to use a word board because as a parent I would have NEVER paid money for something I couldn't have seen the art work on. I'm an artist and I know there are crappy ones out there.

Sorry got off topic. Embarassed
