Bec's videos are great and her winning smile puts students at ease, eager to try out her marvelous designs. Search becstar 123 on www.youtube.com and you will see what I mean ; )

My warning to my students is that some on youtube use questionable paints and ugh, coffee water. Gary Cole has a marvelous Coffee Water article about keeping your water clean on the www.Snazaroo.us FAQ section. I've run across a very talented innovative FPer who comes up with new designs at the drop of a hat on youtube, yet her hygiene leaves lots to be desired. Parents definatly do not like seeing FPers using old sponges, a mish-mash of paints & coffee water on their kids.

Guess I have seen enough to be picky about which ones I recommend to my students and Bec's are at the top of my list.

You should see some of the people of you tube that use acrylic paints!!! arrhhhh

Definatly make a video about hygine, as it's so important for newbys to see on youtube as a warning for all those 'other' ones on there! Once they know about SAFE paints and see how nice a good setup looks, hopefully they will ignore and know that the coffee water, etc & messy setups won't wind up on their table. After students see my setup, many others like it show up at their parties & events, clean & tidy ; )

I am currently looking to build a team of painters to pass gigs to and when I mention coffee water, some experienced painters look at me like I just landed on this planet!
"I have a favorite brush and have to clean it all the time, so why should I keep changing the water - whats the big deal? No one has ever complained about it."
I hear that more often than not. Sigh, finding good team members are harder than I thought.
