Dr. Bronner's? Anyone?

Post by JennyNixe on Thu Jan 03, 2013 4:09 am

I was wondering if anyone had used Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Soap, either for brushes/sponges or faces. I know that the Purity soap everyone likes is also Castile soap (which is basically just olive oil, water, and lye) and Dr. Bronner's is much more available. I know lots of folks who already have it, so if it works on face paint, so much the better.

Tried it. It doesn't work as well as the Purity. IMO.

I love it for me, but never tried it on anything else. Ivory soap bars are a multi=pack at the dollar store...

Oh, I am already using Ivory soap (the pump kind) but I had seen people talk about the Purity soap. I checked it out, but it was $17 a jar, so I wondered if Dr. Bronner's would work as well. Sounds not, though.

Thanks, ladies.
