I am REALLY thankful I found this forum this year though! I don't think I'd be so interested and learning so much had I not found this board.

That's funny. I went to bed thinking about the placement of a design. Time to take a little break, I guess.

You know you're a face painter when...

Your pores are the colors of of the rainbow!

..you find glitter on clothing you know you have not worn painting
..are not surprised to find paint in weird places on and of your body
..see a child (or adult) and start thinking about a design that could be really cool on them
..are looking at a movie/architecture/art and see new designs
..can't walk by brushes without checking them out
..bring a kit with you at all time, because you have often needed it
..you look at this forum daily

*In the summertime have a special shelf in the frig for your FP pallet.
*You have Old Masters Brush Cleaner & Conditioner next to the Dawn detergent by the sink.
*When cleaning out yer 'tackle tart' stuff, wind up with a big box of extras & stuff you bought and decided not to use, which is quite humbling.
*Begin looking around for a bigger bookcase for reference material accumulated so far.
*Your break time is reading posts on this forum, taking extra time to answer them.
*Fall asleep thinking of new designs & all aspects of the business, then as you wake up, you are fine tuning the new ideas.
Good Heavens, I'd better stop now!

That's sooo funny I was just sorting the laundry thinking glitter in the laundry bin is becoming common place.

Mandi, the last one is so true! Also with:
- you get surprised when people stare when you are walking around facepainted. Because that is a totally normal thing

Your spouse gets upset because they are being neglected as you stay up late, searching and reading this forum instead of going to bed!

I've done all of these things too!! I'm glad to know I'm not the only one lying in bed facepainting in my head!

You KNOW you're addicted when you start a forum so that you can always be in contact with face painters!

...you wake up in the wee hours of the morning with inspiration for a design, and just HAVE to paint it!!!
