Randomn but anyone need a houseboat in Hong Kong?

Have to sell our 'old' houseboat by end Dec, sigh...
We are not living in it anymore due to the baby. Is fibreglass and perfect for single/ couple wanting to stay in a marina (not in a marina at the mo is flaotong in deep Water BAy)....

Was hoping to keep it as a studio but nope...
Any help gratefully received, this was what we sunk our savings into when we emigrated 3 yrs ago...

Well originally it cost us 25,000 UK but since the economic downturn I have seen million dollar (US) yachts up for sale at 1/3 of that. So will be a lot less than that!

Problem is no-ones buying boats any more AND fuel went up. Not that houseboats get about much!

So just about any reasonable offer taken .

If it isn't a waste of your time... .could you post a photo? I am REALLY curious! I've seen houseboats here on the Fraser river... and they are pretty cool ... wondering if yours is anything like them.

BTW... I did ask mom if she was interested in a Houseboat in HK... 'fraid not.
