Newbie from the Army.

Post by Bunnybug on Sun Mar 31, 2013 5:34 pm

Hi Guys!!

My Name is Sarahbeth AKA Bunnybug Very Happy

I have been painting on/off for two years doing mostly fundraising for FRGs and free events on post.I am a medic in the Army and just moved to Ft Sill Oklahoma after finishing 3 years in Baumholder Germany. I love face painting and am always practicing on my legs and army. my boyfriend thinks its a lil weird lol. Recently I have decided to start painting at more events and see about becoming a professional. We shall see how that goes. I love this forum I stumbled onto it about three hours ago and haven't left the couch since oops!!

Right now I am using a Zuca bag to lug around my supplies and am using a Wolfe palette and a palette of split cakes I made myself. I am thinking about buying a new base palette and depotting my wolfe one and making split cakes with it since a lot of the colors I don't find extremely use full.

I am loving looking at every ones kits and paintings, I think I'm going to learn alot fromt his forum. Very Happy study

Welcome to the Forum!
There is a thread regarding Show Me Your Kit, or something like that. You will notice that everyone has a DIFFERENT style kit. Look around. See what works for you.

Happy painting!

Welcome, I am a military spouse (retired Army now) I was in Germany for two years and I used to be the officially face painter at the Stuttgart bases, I miss that a lot, face painting is a good skill to have and share with our military kids, I love them.
