Sneezle that tiger is beautiful! Good idea using a stencil, I'm yet to venture into the world of stencils but that is just such a clever way to use them!

Hi everyone! It is so encouraging to have other newcomers to share my work with. I just started practicing with face paint last week. I got the Klutz book and did some simple cheek art and tried some YouTube tutorials on my boys. This is so much fun!
I really want to practice more on blending and highlighting, especially because I do not have the budget for split cakes right now.
I love everyone's work. It is so encouraging to see where I could possibly end up with more practice.
Anyways, I just wanted to share a couple pics of my first attempts at face painting because I am so excited to have found something that I love so much!

Thanks Silversky! I am definitely trying to take advantage of them while I can lol. I am trying to borrow my cousin' daughter so I can try a couple of girl designs because I find it hard to do them on myself.

Thank you Paola, i'm still struggeling with some other stencils but i really like this one. I also use it with gold on butterfly's. Stars i often use over a rainbow and my snowflake stencil is ideal for winter masks and christmas designs. I really would love to have the flames and branch stencil and i love the dots too.

It's very silent aroud Smile lines, does anyone know if the baby is born already??? Question Hope she's doing fine! I'm way to curious i guess but it's such a special happening. You can do it girl, go for it!!!!

Thank you Gigglebrush, I love your flower, it's absolutely beautiful! Is that something you created yourself or did you find a tutorial somewhere?

Sneezle thank you Very Happy I am in love with your cupcake. I love baking! I have a close baker friend that would probably die for a cupcake on her face lol.

Paolo Sunglow Thanks so much! I have done calligraphy all my life, and always had a knack for duplicating things, I've also been decorating cakes and have done balloon art for the past 4 years. I think I just have a knack for seeing the small parts that make a whole? If that makes any sense lol. The snake was actually my first attempt at face paint but I like the effect! I found the tutorial on YouTube and I wanted to figure out how to do the design without a split cake so I actually painted each shade directly onto the sponge. I think for time sake though I might just have a tray made up beforehand with the colors on it ready to load.

Decided to try out the Pegasus. Needs work, but cute and quick
