You can subscribe to the newsletter at the top of the "home" page. But there's always this thread too, Lonnie has been wonderful at keeping it up to date!!

i signed up for that twice, how is it not coming to my email?

The last one came out at the end of June, and it looks like you joined the forum at the beginning of July. I think it only comes out once per month, give or take. But the link up there has a list of all of them up to now.

I love this forum a lot, although I am not very good English.
Even for me the "step by step" was a good idea.A very good job
