a few glue pens, finger daubers, empty lip gloss containers (for tattoo glue), some tap stencils and their white glitter which is supposed to be opaque for glitter tattoos.

Re: Moonlight in the U.S.!

Post by eviedejesus on Wed Jun 05, 2013 3:20 pm

I tried transferring the moonlight glue into one of those lipgloss bottles (I prefer that applicator over using the brush moonlight comes with) - it was a mess! the gel is just too thick to transfer easily.

if you have the 30ml. squeeze bottle, the opening is small enough for freehand if you go slow and steady.

Has anyone used the metal balls inside of moonlight glue gel?

BTW - the opaque white glitter from YBody rocks! not as sparkly as most whites but nice and opaque! great for flags!

The link I shared adds the metal balls to the glue, it helps keep it from getting to thick...I prefer the lipgloss type applicators to but I like the moonlight glue. I would rather have the better glue and a not so great bottle.

Re: Moonlight in the U.S.!

Post by Winger1200 on Fri Jul 05, 2013 6:43 am

I haven't posted much on this forum as I am so busy at a variety of interests but I just had to share this new product with yall.
I love to use Moonlight colored glue this way! I sealed it using eye shadow and cheek color instead of glitter.

Moonlight dries flat and looks like a real tattoo. As a matter of fact I've used Moonlight to color up faded tattoos. All the orange faded on
Tigger - Moonlight came to the rescue, much to his delight!

This is great for customers who want a design but "not that kiddie glitter" on them. Best way to let customers know that you can create temporary tattoos like this is to wear them:D

I got the colors and pens from www.infiniteartbody.com The mixing balls were a wonderful addition to the new pens, esp when I mixed up the brown. When the art pens came out, glue cones became ancient history for Body Bling.
What got my interest in the products was the low price on the pens and the ability to use a variety of colors (at a reasonable price) for henna like designs  flower
Oops, Since I tinted all my glitter tat glues before I used Moonlight, I forgot to share the best part Laughing  Moonlight has addressed our biggest complaint of not being able to see the designs when using clear drying glue.

Happy Tatting,
Susan

I really like moonlight and wear it on myself and use it on family & friends but will not use it on clients as I seriously doubt it contains only FDA compliant ingredients, which violates my insurance policy. The smell alone seems very toxic.

Tranfering their glue into the pens etc is also extremely difficult - would be great if they eventually sold them already transfered into the pens.

moonlight is not toxic!!!! if anything its safer then pros-aide. i have all the lab tests and the MSDS sheets on both the clear glue and the colors. you should back your comments with facts. i have been researching this brand for 5 months and was very vigilant about the safety.

Research into Moonlight's safety is why I gave Moonlight brilliant colors a try.
I sealed them with eye and cheek powder instead of glitter.

I love the new tall art pens with mixing balls but found it hard to transfer the red and green to it. I notice new products have appeared on that store so maybe a pipette or something to make it easier will be added to www.infiniteartbody.com

Since so many Glitter Tattoo setups seem to be everwhere, this is one way to set your business apart and above the rest flower
