Filling balloons with candy, confetti, etc.

Post by Tineke on Sat Dec 07, 2013 6:46 pm

Hey guys,

I'm not a balloontwister, so if this is an incredibly stupid question, don't shoot me!

My brother is the balloondude in the family, the rest of us are facepainters.
We saw a picture online of a balloon that was filled with candy, and the rest of the balloon was a monkey... So his belly was full of candy.
We love the idea, but Always assumed you need a special machine to fill balloons. It would be a great idea to arrive at a birthdayparty with a candy-filled balloon for the birthday kid...

However, we heard there's a different/easier technique about this, involving some sort of tool. Suspect

Anyone feel like enlightening us as to which tool you can use?
Is this like a generalised hardware tool that you can find at a DIY shop, or is it especially made for balloon twisting/filling?

And if it's a special one for balloons: any idea where they sell them (preferably in the UK or Europe)?

Let me see the picture. How much candy is in it? There is a balloon stuffing machine I have seen instructional videos on youtube showing how to use it. Go to youtube and type in balloon stuffing machine. I have seen them put teddy bears or a easter bunny and easter eggs in them. Good luck.

Would you use a 'magic pipe' for that? I've no idea, & no idea how it works either, just happened to see one here: http://www.larocks.com/balloon/balloonware.htm#Magic_Pipe
