Hi Again,

Our AC Moore store has 50% off all brushes right now so I went to buy a few fan brushes to try this out. But, I noticed that some brushes were stiffer than others - which work better?

I think it is a personal preference. Just as some prefer the springy synthetic and some prefer the less springy sables. Since you are really just making the wing with these, I would go with the cheapest.

I have several types - but the bristlier one often makes a nicer effect, as some of the bristles at each 'side' sort f stick out and make tiny antennae...
