My 12 year old sisters Valentine design. Not for the competition, just to show. I think she did a good job =)

ok, for this one i started with snazeroo white useing only a lowel cornel #4then a bit of snazeroo metalic dark blue for the shadow, yes i know valentine messages should be in pink, white and red, but the customer is always right!then a bit of mc fairy dust to make it sparkle and its done.

Re: Post Submissions Here!

Post by Linda Adams on Sun Jan 31, 2010 4:14 pm

Ok, Here is my first submission................ever.
Jennifer you get credit for my motivation here! Ok, it also helps that I'm "snowed" in, we had 3 inches fall here in NC! Laughing

First I usd Wolfe White on my practice head until I worked out an idea that I had in my head. Next I bribed one of my twin daughters to model for me.

I started off by making swirls with Paradise Wild Orchid and added hearts in Paradise Dark Pink & Wild Orchid. Next I added the tear drops in Wolfe White and edged with Wolfe Metallic Red. I added a couple of more hearts in Paradise Dark Pink and edged them with Wolfe White, also adding a few dots here and there. I added eye shadow in Snaz Sparkle Purple and finished with adding gold liquid bling around the edges. Lips were painted in Wolfe Metallic Red. Brushed used were Loew-Cornell #2, #4, and Majestic #0

My other daughter wanted in on the fun.....HAHA!~!

Brushes used were Loew-Cornell #2 & #4, and paradise chisel brush.
I used Snaz Red & Kryolan Pink for the hearts. Added the "wings" with teardrops of Wolfe White. Purple swirls added with Wolfe Metallic purple. I outlined the wings in Wolfe black, and an outline around them with Wolfe Metallic purple then and added Snaz sparkle purple eyeshadow with the chisel brush.

This was all done with a #4 round and diamond fx paint. I used mehron powder on the sword blade.
first I did the white banner, then added the heart. Next I started the sword blade and the handle. Lastly I added the word 'heartbreaker' in the banner and outlined and high lighted everything.
This one surprised me, my son never wants his face painted, he always gets his belly painted. It was a challenge to come up with a design to please him (he's 3) that I could pull off quickly and would fit the theme. He wanted a Valentine's Day bulldozer. LOL

I didn't get great step by step pics of this one as I am alone with my three kids at the moment and the baby was being umm...helpful LOL

I would really love to see a valentine's day bulldozer on your son's belly!
But I really like the hard core tat-looking design!

How many submissions this month? Lots n lots is so much fun!
