Invoicing advice and wisdom

Post by veelux on Mon May 12, 2014 11:18 pm

Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone uses Invoices2go, and if so , what do you think of it?

I have my own homemade version of quotes and invoices, but they don't work as well as I would like.  They are made in word with some excel features but are limited so I am looking for a new solution that is not so clunky to use. I have someone do my accounting for me so I want to streamline it all for her ease as well.

Any suggestions or words of wisdom oh wise painter peeps? What a Face

P.S.  I am really bad at math  - I don't like it, I don't have a knack, I certainly don't have patience for it so always double checking my work and finding mistakes.  Any help is welcome as there is nothing worse than sending out a quote for services with adding mistakes or mistakes made adding up multiple hours etc.  Embarassed

I actually use invoice books (NCR two-copy) - always have. If a client requires an invoice to be emailed, or requires an itemized breakdown, I do it in Excel (using the next number from my current invoice book).
