I picked up a 4'x2' table from Fred Meyer, legs fold up and fits crosswise in my car. Then at Walmart I found folding aluminum camping tables that stand up just under my table giving me a "bottom shelf". Two of them will fit side-by-side under the 4'x2' table, and are wide enough to hold 2 "laptop" style trays each. Granted its all too short for me at 6', but with a small child in big directors chair and hunched over to paint anyway, the tabletop is within easy reach Laughing

Kristal, I saw a roll up one at Costco...their return policy is the best...anytime!

That would mean having a Costco membership, though...and that, I don't have. Although my neighbour does...might have to tag along with her!

Oh! That's about the same size as the one I bought - but 'mine' has more of a work horse (?) base as opposed to the full-out collapsible one you've linked to - which still means that it's nearly as tall as me rolled up.

Chances are good that I'm going to return mine and either get a roll up one with collapsible legs, or a fold-up table - I have a dolly and I'm out of shoulders, so as long as it's aluminum, it would be easier than either the table I just bought, or the heavy card table I have!
