Thank you Valentine!

Post by Metina on Thu Feb 04, 2010 5:18 pm

Thanks so much Lisa for the body sparkle brush. I LOVE it and in my favorite color too. I have wanted of these for a while but was always too cheap to buy one. Just one thing, where do I get the make-up to refill it?

I would think any mineral makeup supplier...or at least that's where I got mine.

Let me jump on the bandwagon and thank my Secret Valentine Laura who sent me EXACTLY what I've been contemplating getting for the past couple of months!

Glimmer Body Glue
Glimmer Body Art Stencils AND
Glimmer Body Glitter (UV Neon Blue and Violet)

I absolutely love them! I've been wanting to try the glitter tats for months but didn't know if I should! Now I'm going to get to try them! I'm so stoked right now! I'm off to go tackle my daughter and tattoo her!

Thanks soooo much my Valentine! You hit the nail on the head!

I got a silly farm certificate, and my valentine said another special something was in the works! I mailed mine off and I hope my gift brings Darlene a little joy!

I want to thank my Valentine for the bright pink glitter and the Valentine split cake! Those are REALLy going to come in handy this weekend- I have 2 huge parties booked in New Orleans for combination Valentine/Mardi Gras/Saints celebrations (what a combination, huh???!!). And I think my pal was April but not entirely sure as there wasn't a card....

And I'm going to add my special thanks too!

Metina was my Valentine, and being ditzy, I sent a PM about forum shop purchasing and didn't connect with shopkeeper=lovely Valentine who sent me wonderfuls!

Psychicly, Metina knew I wanted to try glitter tats too, and sent me an array of stencils, and I'm itching to get some adhesive to try them out! (Or maybe she is crafty sales lady who knew I would want to buy lots of glitter???? Is she a pusher like Linda? Hmmmm scratch )

Thanks!!!!!!!! I'm very happy with my goodies.

So glad to hear about all the nice gifts. Jenn, I read on another thread that you wanted to try the stencils and I had a lot in my stash since I don't do them so much.

I guess I could have sent some glitter too, sorry I wasn't thinking. I assumed that most face painters have glitter. You can use eyelash glue or watered down elmers glue(just to try these on yourself-never a customer) till you get some. Make sure NOT to by the roll on applicator. Those jam up horribly. Get the one that looks like a lip gloss.

FYI.....
The powder in the brush is Modern Magik Shimmer Powder in Ruby.
Glad you liked it.....I thought the color would be nice for Valentine's Day.

I've got some glitter, just not a wide assortment, and I'm more than happy to buy some more.

I put in an order for some pros aide, cause I've got lots of things needing attaching. Is this the same stuff? Where do you get the roll on applicator? Can you use a brush? PM me with input!!!!!!
