Sparkling Faces - thank you. Excellent work and I know it is easier to paint on someone else than oneself, so I am definitely impressed!

Vi, I love your work! I tried a couple of your designs on the weekend and my big question is how do you get such a clean load of the peacock cake for the mardi gras mask? I'm using the arty cake, are you using something different? It worked out better on the feather design, but the tight swirl on the mask was a mess for me.

Thanks,

Vi did a great vid on how to load your brush and trouble-shooting for the split cakes... like if the brush splits apart it's too dry. Did you see that one?

I'm using a cake I made myself, but yeah - I think you need to have the brush more dry than wet.... like jbax if the bristles separate, it's too dry

I dunno - come to my houe and I'll show you...lol

You're funny! It'd be a blast I'm sure, but I'm on the extreme northwest coast. I'll be going to my first convention in August...yay!

I'll try again. It was my first effort. Like I tell my kids, practice makes perfect.

Thanks!
