Reading the forum

Is it just me? I have trouble reading everything on the forum due to the shading of text. The back ground color is dark gray or a slate kind of color and then everything seems to be in different shades of gray or black. The posts are white on dark gray so I can read them, but for the most part I can't read the rest without straining if at all.

Most of it looks a lot like this except in shades of gray. Is there something that I can do in my set up to read everything easier? Right now, I can't even read peoples names, even though I know that it's there....I usually go to their profile, or recognize them by their picture or signature at the end of the post. This is driving me crazy, help me fix my forum set up.

I know the names of people are an issue and the date and time. Is there anything else, I am missing?
