Popup Gazebos

Post by pippa79 on Fri Jun 05, 2015 12:27 pm

Hi, I am wondering what colour gazebo's people use at outdoor events. The gazebo I am thinking of buying is pretty expensive and I am torn between a few colour choices: purple, red, white & blue (bright). Any comments be appreciated

Don't do red... Seriously.
I've had to paint in a red gazebo at an event, it messes with your eyes: you can't recognize a single colour anymore

Thanks Tineke, that's me down to 3 choices haha.

Oh and by the way, I recently purchased some items from your online store and I absolutely love them. Thankyou so much

Hmm... I'm painting underneath a blue one this weekend... I already have issues with colors - wonder if this is going to make things worse, lol... -_-

Absolutely!  It's been an exhausting week... I borrowed the canopy and set it up after work super quick to see if I could do it by myself - I remember seeing some silver material so it might be silver on the inside... but I'll certainly let you know if I notice a difference and what color it is inside, lol

The event ended up supplying me with a black one (but no sides so there was lots of light from the sun otherwise and didn't notice a difference from that... so unfortunately can't tell you how a blue one would have been.

I have a black pop up gazebo. It never causes me any problems with seeing the colours and my eyesight isn't great. It looks really good on pictures too. I can see if I can post a pic of it in use if that will help?

Get purple because they stick out of the crowd like a sore thumb!

I have a white one that I keep painting random designs on Smile. Unfortunately the frame snapped into 4 pieces during a bad storm two weeks ago so I'm hunting for another frame.

I leave my back wall up and use half walls on the right and left side. I then place a 6 foot table in front. Amazing setup for crowd control. They seem to just know not to come past that table until it's their turn.

I hope this helps Smile
