I'm back... I think

Hey folks!

I've been on hiatus for quite a while... what with the engagement and everything, plus I haven't had any paid gigs in months. The last one was a PPF in December and it went so badly I was feeling really discouraged for a while... but anyway, I had someone call and tell me they really wanted me to come to their annual festival this year because the kids always love me and I'm very talented. It was a great boost to know that I have even a small local following, so I actually feel like getting back into face painting now. I've really got to practice... I've probably gotten super rusty.

I see some new faces around since the last time I checked in... greetings to y'all and to the others who've been such awesome friends in the past. I hope you're all doing well and I hope I'll be around a lot more!

wecome back, how are things working with the long distance sweet heart? well obviously good enough to get engaged, but other than that? ;P

Its tough... I really miss him when we're apart, but its worth it. We're in contact every day. I'm really hoping I'll be able to go visit him and meet his family in June. That's the plan, anyway...
