Proud to be CANADIAN!

What an amazing Olympics we just had here in my hometown! The streets are wild with over 100,000 folks cheering and spontaneously singing 'O Canada'.
We started with the first gold won on Canadian soil early on and won tonight what could probably be called our most important gold...men's hockey against the USA. It is 'our' sport after all Very Happy
So now we've received the most gold medals of any country ever at any winter games! From zero (in Canada anyway) to 14! Not bad, eh?

Just had to vent some of my Canadian pride! Thanks for listening cheers

So I REALLY wanted the US to win, but am SOOOO happy the gold went to Canada instead of some of the other hockey greats. Congrats!
