Best colors from each brand??

I am the type of person who likes to do a lot of research before they make a purchase, and now that I have some extra cash, I want to get some larger professional paints instead of just the small pallettes that I have been working with. So my question for you guys is this: Which colors from each brand do you prefer and do you suggest that I get?

Snaz red for quick coverage and easy off on the little spidey's
Wolfe/DFX black and white for line work
Paradise black for any black base that I may need (why is it always the fairest skinned little blond girl that wants a full face black cat and mom say's "it's ok, give it to her" ) LOL
DFX metallics for smooth quick coverage on dark skin

Thanks for the advice. I was definitely planning on getting dfx black and white. I am just not sure about the other colors. I'm a bit hesitant about getting snaz products because I heard that they don't do well in heat, and I the weather here is usually pretty hot and humid. I was thinking about getting the dfx neon/metallix pallette along with the black and the white, and then stocking up on the best colors from all of the different brands.

I have use snazz and not really had a problem with it other then the black does melt. I am moving away from snazz because I dont like the coverage on most of their colors. I love snazz red and their sparkle colors I am loving paradise for most colors wolf or dfx white and black all of their neon colors. and their matalic white I am in love with. I will not do a job with out it.

Shannon Fennell has a product list on her resource page. She lists out all of her favs and why she likes them. Shannon's really resourceful like that.

I'm a big DFX fan.. metalics and UV are awesome. I always use it for line work. I mostly use Snaz for bases. The sparkle colors are pretty awesome.

I keep frogetting to refer to Shannon's pages. Yes, she is indeed a great resource.

And I keep telling everyone, for those concerned with how DFX washes off, I simply use a dark cloth and childrens shampoo. A little scrub and voila, good as new. i have NEVER had a complaint as I always tell the parents how to wash it off as I am painting the child.

I really like my paradise mini pallettes, so I think I will probably just get the larger paints in those colors. I will definitely get some dfx black and white for line work, as the paradise just blends right in. As for the metallix/neon pallette, I will be placing my order tomorrow because I really want to try them.

You know it really depends what you are doing. I keep my core paradise and work alot with DFX - I like them both for different reasons. Snazz mettalic orange, mettalic blue and red -you can keep the rest, I don't mean to be offense by saying that but I had the oppurtunity to buy them real cheap and I didn't. And I love a good sale.

I think I really need to try out some paradise. I do just fine with snaz, but the way paradise gets raved about, I need to check it out.

JBax, you really should. They are great and they blend really well.
Ashley, you rock. I was only expecting people to tell me a few colors, but you literally listed them all. It will probably take me quite some time to build up that much of a kit.
