Face Painter/Balloon Twister needed 4/17/10

Hi everyone. I received a call from a client looking to book her event on April 17 i believe sometime from 1-3pm (not sure, will double check) in the Columbia, MD area. She will have 10 to 12 kids and needs face painting and basic balloon twisting (dog, cat, parrot, etc...) for 2 hours. I am already booked for that day so I told her I'd help her out.
