stenciling is better than iron-on. It lasts longer, and if you use the right fabric paints you can wash it many times. If you want, I can pm you a tutorial on how to do it.
As for the shirts, I wouldn't know. I am making my own. I know that vistaprint.com has some really cheap.

I would just go with queensboro.com. There stuff isn't the highest quality, but they do the work really fast at a reasonable price.

I used a company out of Winchester, VA to do some stuff and it was fast, expensive and not the greatest quality over all.

In life there is good, quick and cheap. You can only have TWO!

I saw at craft store how you can DIY silk screen at home. I found a youtube ad/demo, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Of4PPhSk5ik

I wonder how hard it would be to get a design going and make your own. It's only been what... 15 years since I've done silkscreening in highschool.

Metina, I love the shirt I got from you, but the 1/2 sleeves & thick meterial is too much for this season in FL. Do you plan for any tanks or light weight tshirts? Maybe a lighter color? I'm thinking whatever I want I want the wrtiting on the back as well... since that's the side of me most people see while I paint.

My logo is "involved". I got the iron on stuff from Michaels for dark fabric, put in through the ink printer and ironed it on to a package of aprons I got at sams club. They look fantastic! No cracking after washing yet.
