The stems look like 260s and the tip looks like it's probably a very slightly inflated round.

There are several places online that you can order balloons from... most people I know order from Larock's I think? I go over to Detroit to get mine because there's a store there that sells for about the same price but I don't have to pay for international shipping that way.

Hiya,

These flowers are so simple to make. The stems are 260's and the orange ones are rounds. You don't need to go to the expense of the 5" round ones for those. Just get some el cheapos at the party store for the rounds. You can get the geos at Tmyers or LA Rocks. Both ship pretty fast, but LA has free shipping if you order over $150.

All you do is put the nozzle in up trough the middle of the inflated Geo(not too inflated) and tie the round nozzle to the 260 nozzle and it stays together perfectly. The bend that you put in these makes the grass of the design and also varies the height.

Have fun. I really enjoyed how easy and full of impact these were.

Megan,

Thanks so much for sharing the alien. I ended up using it and used the same body with a spiderman balloon for a SUPER simple spidermand balloon.

I tried putting the sprinkles in some fairy wings and it expoded in my face. I love the look, but I am afraid of putting someone's eye out. How do you deal with that?

I am glade that you were able to use the alien head. For the sprinkles. I under inflate and make all balloons are really soft. I try to put them into balloons that I don't have to twist very much. You can also use glitter instead. both give great effects.

Magic or in other words cake sprinkles. kids and parents love it when you make balloons have sounds when they do not expect it. I have also used glitter that is fun too. when using sprinkles I fill it up all the way and then I let air out to make it a little softer.I use it in magic wands, water guns, baby rattles, swords, just about anything. I have even put them into harts on top of flowers. You can also make a talking alien or a buzzing bee with a nut inside of a balloon so when you swirl it around it will talk.

This isn't a 1 minute design, but is a hit w/ the little boys. I'd love to give credit for it, but I'm not sure who's it is. I got it at a jam.

Ok, I LOVE that gator - super easy but it doesn't LOOK like it's crazy simple, which I love! Thanks for sharing!

they look like 6inch geo blossoms
green 260's
5inch round orange
if i were making this i would blow up the 260 with a 2 inch tip at the end then put the ininflated geo over the tip then tie the underinflated 5' round to the tip. then inflate the geo and viola! Laughing

for a 1 minute design I'd do a sword and a wand. girls and boys love them and you can have different colors...
Sword:
you just blow up a 3-60 and then spiral a 2-60 for a handle on the bottom part.

Wand:
you just blow up a 2-60 and spiral it on itself and then make to loop twists at the top and then top it off with a heart, a princess print balloon, or a clear one with stuff in it(she uses sprinkles, I use colored sugar... same concept!)

you could do a ray gun if swords aren't your thing..it's one balloon and really fast.

BTW folks, Shonna from AdventureInFun.com has a new DVD called One Balloon Wonders in case anyone wants to learn from the beginning. I have it and love it. I learned some of the harder stuff first, then needed to backtrack get the basics so I got it and love it.
