I wish I did have my first pics..........the whole first year I was painting never once did it dawn on me to take a picture of my work. Actually I didn't start taking pictures until I decided to seriously pursue this as a business, and that's onlybecause I needed something to show people. Not like I could drag all those kids around with me everywhere I went and say See look what I did.

when i got my first paints i spent like 3 hours in the bathroom painting on myself. this was one of the first.

This is not the first - more like the second, third and fourth attempts done on myself recently while playing with my Snaz walkaround palette. Used some Paradise, too, on the cheetah. It just came in the mail. Smells yummy!

Thanks, Psalmbook! That's high praise - I see on your site that you've created some lovely henna designs. They're very inspiring. Some day I'd like to work with the henna paste. In the meantime I think the motifs are good for perfecting line technique.

If you can paint it, you can henna it. If you want to give henna a practice try, get some chocolate frosting & water it down, just a tad. Put it in the smallest tipped frosting decorator bag & give it a try. practice on wax paper. The henna page has great designs to use as inspiration.

This was my very first face painting... I used craft paints provided by the church because at that time I didn't know any better! When I found real makeup, I thought I had died and gone to heaven!
