anyone used this as a brush on paint? does it dry?

couldn't tell you, don't use them myself but I would say they dry......why would you want a paint that doesn't dry?

The liquids dry. Some of the creams stay tacky for a long time.

I haven't used Kryolan liquids for years and then it was the UV stuff which is different so can't really say.

I use Fardel liquids which are really nice.
