Mark Reid is gonna be up that way, Conn maybe to do a class toward the end of April, the class in Burlington Vt is full the end of April. Pasture is going to be near Baltimore Md the end of June.

What do you call far away? Flordia is a cheap flight from NY and that is going to be one great great convention this year.

If you want someone to come to Buffalo, check around and then set up a class. Most instructors only require 10 to 15 students for a minimum.

Florida may be a cheap flight for some, and that does not include lodging. We are scraping by as it is. I am hoping my buisness takes off so i can afford to do something like that next year. I guess i am just going to have to wait until then.
Thanks for the info Jenny, I will keep all of that in mind

If you come to FL, you can room w/ me! I'm going to stay in a neighboring hotel. The one the con is in is way too expensive...

Paul and Sue have been looking at bringing more instructors up to the Buffalo area..... I know they were working on scheduling a henna class also, as I will be one of the henna instructors. Don't know the logistics of it all yet though.

I stayed at the Day's Inn last year at FABAIC that was 2 blocks away (i walked over to the Double Tree every day)
I think I remember I booked through Expedia and the room was 37.00 a night. It even had a pool, although it rained everyday I was there.

You walked in the rain? No

I booked a resort about 15min drive away (to get the hub's discount).... still lookin for roomies... HINT HINT:!:

The convos are usually only doable if you plan WAY WAY in advance. I'm thinking LaFete next year. I'm still waiting for the Forum to get behind a Midwest Convention! Holla!

Tickets from Buffalo to Jacksonville are $77 one way! It's only a 3-4 hour drive to Orlando!

I'd love to go to an event in Buffalo... then I could also visit family.
