Show and tell

Post by Lynnie on Wed May 19, 2010 1:08 am

I thought this would be a fun place to put up practice pieces or pics of what you just did. Just to get your ra-ra's going or get a critique if you like! Wink

I'll start it off with mine from tonight. I'm warming up my hand for a gig, so it's not at "perfect" as I'd like and seeing how my old henna works for practice pieces. If it stains well, I'll put up photos of it once it's "developed".

Who's next? Very Happy

I did this tonight after having a crappy night with a very cranky daughter. I'm not terribly happy with it, but it's certainly better then the face painting practice I've done today. (JUST got my very first paints today!)

Thanks guys! I'm actually playing with this new henna powder. Last night I just could NOT sleep with this on so instead of leaving it on over night like I normally do I took it of after about 4-5 hours.

LOL!

That is usually when I henna myself! Late at night when I can't sleep! I'm sure that since I slept late this morning, tonight will be a late night! So hopefully I'll have a photo to share tomorrow!!! I'm thinking a peacock? Maybe.

Done yesterday on a friend. She chose the design from a tattoo website.

I did this peacock on my leg a few nights ago. Found the design on the henna page.

Thank you! I'm wishing I had made the lines thicker, because of placement (my thigh) it's not very dark. A friend saw the photo and now wants me to do the exact same one on her back. Which made me swoon! I've been dying to do that design and now I have someone signing up for it! So once I get it onto her back, I'll share the photos here! My stuff always looks so sloppy when I do it on myself, so I can't wait to see it on her back!

SQUEEEEEE!
