I'm still waiting for hubby or my niece to do mine. I even offered to pay her....still waiting.

I'm a graphic designer by day, so my "digital identity" was one of the first things I worked out when I started turning this into a business. I'm pretty happy with my logo, but feel free to let me know what you guys think too... I'm always a fan of constructive criticism. Smile (and by the way, the colors are getting way messed up when I upload it here! Looks alot better on my website)

Re: Face Painting Logo

Post by Fabtastic on Fri Jul 30, 2010 7:04 am

Here's the one I made for my daughter. Our actual name is Girl Friday Entertainment Services, but she uses Girl Friday as her nickname, and this is the one I sent when she had a request for a logo recently. I use an ancient version of Paint Shop Pro (that I love) for all my graphics work, and Printmaster to do layouts for business cards, posters, etc. I let her pick out the font; I think it's too busy but she loves it. That's her in the picture, and we've used that pic on all our printed stuff.

Now my problem is - we want a new name, one that can include my husband's airbrush tattoos. (My daughter will continue to paint as Girl Friday, though). Anyway, I'm totally blank coming up with anything. The two names I'm tossing around right now are both kind of lame: Happy Canucks Face and Body Art, or Good Karma Face and Body Art. I kind of like Good Karma but neither one is very descriptive LOL!
