any instructions on fairy wings and cars bracelet

i've been looking everywhere and also anone do a cars bracelet?

Fairy wings for the kids to wear?? That's super easy, 4 inflated 260s, tied at both ends into one spot (you could do 3 and have the bottom one as a figure 8 so the lower wings are smaller than the upper if you want), two uninflated balloons tied to the center as well to be used as the shoulder straps.

There was a cars bracelet in one of the other threads in here with instructions I think.
