Your 1st page is good, but needs more POP! This is what will grab a persons attention & help them decide if they want to look further. Add a few more pics(your best ones). I like everything you said on the 1st page, but find a way to condense it. I always try to think, "If I were a potential client what would I want to know?" Potential clients want to know it's clean, safe & your talented. They don't care about what brands you use(as mentioned on your FAQ page).
I think you've got an awesome start. I had to rewrite my 1st page 15 times at least & I'm always tweaking it... the 1st month I had "Chilen's" instead of "children's"... YIKES!
I love your designs in your photo gallery. Wonderful, uniform & bold(mine stinks:-)
Try to replace them w/ pics of kids as you build you photo portfolio.

Condensing it down is a good idea - I had it shorter but added to it to try to get my key words up there, went overboard haha. Definitely a good point on brands and what really is important.

I'm off on holiday for a week so will look at it when I'm back and seek your feedback again!
