I use the starblends for a festival that I work every July. I use mainly orange and white and pink for the tigers, butterflies, cats.... works fine for me. I buy the large makeup sponges from walgreens, the latex-ee wedge shaped ones.. they work just fine. never really had a problem with sweat or transparency.
