I love his hedgehog Wink

Seriously great for a first timer! Make sure you tell him about all of the positive responses to his work, it will only make him want to do more.

Great first attempt at a lion! And the Fairy and Mushroom are PHENOMENAL! Most people starting out aren't that great at cheek art, but WOW! That looks really, really professional! Let the man paint!

I think he's done well to only have been playing with the paints for a few days. People are never going to judge you as harshly as you are probably judging yourself, always keep that in mind.

Sign him up for some classes:) It is so much fun working with your husband. Mine started airbrushing over a year ago, and we have a great time working together. The kids have started doing glitter tats and balloons, we have a lot of fun working together as a family Very Happy

I really wish we had classes around here!! I would so be signing him up for sure!! He did some more last night too... I think he is hooked!

I have him booked to come with me at the local mall in a few weeks, usually I would ask another painter but she was busy. Now I am really excited he is coming because I think he is even better Smile

That is seriously fantastic!

I've had my hubs along as photog and line manager. Since I've started body work, he's jumped in to help with bases. He says he'd like to do more, but he's not interested in practicing.

You have got to get him to work! He'll love it! (although you might have him practice on you while you be the "squirmy 5 year old" so he can be prepared!)

The first ones he did on his arm maybe took 30 minutes, the one on the face 15 minutes and another one he did took about 8 so he is getting faster. I think if he keeps practicing a few set faces he would be ok.. now I just have to convince him to learn a butterfly or something girly Razz

Start him off w/ web butterflies... they look more masculine. Also a dragon eye. Then he'll have the basics for the girly designs(and he'll get into the girls smiles & giggles)!
