what sponges used for the first steps, very nice blending..what brand is the blue and white?

It looks to be a 3/4 flat brush... no sponging for a one stroke rose.

The background was sponged on with DFX metallic light blue and DFX metallic blue. I don't remember which sponge, but just any face paint sponge?
And then a 3/4 flat brush for the rose
Uh, I kinda cringe when I see this rose now... So many others have made much better rose tutorials after I made this one...

I Donna Dewberry instruction sheets( my mom did this before arthritis set in) I couldnt get my paint wet enough and then when I thought it was wet enough the paints ran together. This is really not as easier as it looks. Kudos to you all for the great posts on the how to also.

My bad.... Sorry, Lonnie! To tell you the truth, I didn't even notice the background was painted... I was completely focusing on the rose!
