Life is Good Festival

Hi Everyone,

I had a much needed day off today. My husband and I took our 7 year old daughter to the Life is Good Festival.

The tickets were $50 for adults and $10 for kids (ages 6-12) which was not easy for us to pay, but I worked a last minute 9 hour gig yesterday, so we decided to go for it. I'm so glad we did it! The atmosphere was peace, love and friendliness all around. LOTS of activities and the music was unbelievable!

This was who we saw on the kid's stage:

• Dan Zanes and Friends

• They Might Be Giants

• The Sippy Cups

We left the event at about 6:00 and the adult bands were just getting started.

Anyhow...to make a long story short, if the event comes through your area, I would highly suggest it. 100% of the profits go to the Life is Good Foundation. If you're interested, check out the event site which explains all of it.

Awesome! I also had my 1st weekend off in months! I had a big Friday gig. I deep cleaned the Fatmax(it was sanitary but needed this) & then spent the weekend hanging with my family!
