What is the closest match to this color?

I have a customer who is trying to match this red. I am thinking Snaz Burgandy, wanted wanted feedback from others who may use this in their kit.

Metina, I have the TAG Wineberry - it looks somewhat similar. Maybe Wineberry is a bit darker though!? It is so hard to tell, but if you were able to see a sample of that? I am going to put some on myself... let me take another look.

I have the wine red by eulenspiegel...it looks like that colour too...

Nope Metina, the Wine Berry by TAG is waaaay off. It is really purple compared to your brick red/burgundy pic. A true "wine" color might be nice, but not this one, it is essentially purple with a red influence. Sorry I cannot be of more help!

ps: can you take a deep red and add just a touch of brown to it to make your own? Mash it up in a ziploc bag?

I have the Pantone colour fan and Snazaroo Maroon is pretty perfect depending on how dense you get the colour. I tried it with a sponge on my arm next to the Snazaroo Burgundy.

Here's a photo of the PMS 208 as specified on their website (highlighted with the yellow dot). Snaz Maroon is next to it on my arm. Burgundy is above. It looks a bit darker here because I sponged it on pretty thick. PMS 208 is definitely on the purple side, not brick.

Ha ha...I just realized your post was from Sept! I guess you'd figured it out. LOL

It looks a lot like TAG wineberry to me. It's hard to tell without a PMS chart like Magna has though because the colors will vary depending on the monitor and settings of your computer.

Wineberry is so similar to Paradise Wild Orchid though - very purple. Hope you found the right one, Metina
