please can you help fix my neon rainbow tiger?!?

Wow Linda your improvement is just amazing and as Tamara said SO ENCOURAGING. I sometimes get depressed when I look at your wonderful designs and it's good and heartening to see that you have a past too!!!

Hi all, some time has passed since I first posted this, and I am still not totally thrilled with my tigers, but you can see I am improving! They are still a huge hit, though, and that is what counts, eh?

Barbie, your tigers have come a long way! They look much better--not that they were bad to begin with. There is nothing I could add to this thread that someone else hasn't said except this. For my stripes, I started out by looking at images of real tigers and based the pattern/placement from those. I think it really gave my tigers a more realistic appearance. My current avatar is my latest.

Here is a more updated version of my tiger. I took the pic before I was completely finished with it. I needed to add more dots to the stripes. I also do the eye a bit differently, I need to take a picture the next time I paint it

Freed Spirit I love yours! Did you sponge the white first or you sponged the whole face with the rainbow cake and then you sponged the white on it?

Hi Daizy,, that's the tag pastel rainbow cake,,I love using that one for a change.. and Pilareta I do put the rainbow cake on first just leaving the gaps for the white.. then fill in with white..I may have a new play around with how I do things though...Always learning huh??? I am going to have a go at a new tiger I learned at Yolanda's class..just been a little stuck in my way of doing tigers,,hers are really fast and gorgeous,,if I do a good job I'll post that one 2....

Creations,,,Most parents are amazed at how still their little movers are when they get in the seat.... I find most kids really good..its the shy ones that are hard because they dont want to lift their faces up...or boys with senstive eyes that want full blown detail eye masks...argh!!....OR the ones that cant stop talking....they are funny but really hard to paint!
This little tiger was a shy girl,,,but she did so well...
