Carmen Miranda Doll

I think this is the nicest balloon creation I have made so far. I love her. The blue around the bottom of her dress allows her to stand. She gently rocks in place. I am going to make one with a 'grass' skirt and tiny flower lei to create a hula dancer! Very Happy
