South East Jams in NC?

HI, I live in WESTERN NC in the mountains...am looking for a jam nearby...any Asheville, NC painters out there got suggestions?

I live in Eastern NC. But I'd use any excuse possible to come to Asheville. I love the mountains!

i live in northeast tn and i go to c herokee nc quite often. i would like to get together with some face painters some time soon. i am new to face painting any advice would be appriciated.

HI Wiggles,
there is a Trail Days festival in Damascus VA in May, and a guy named Daniel Lasarus (not sure how to spell) does awesome facepainting there. He mentioned he has hired an apprentice to help. I think his FP name is Katmandew...he has a webpage but it has a link ot geocities or some such.. He has 1 video on utube. He is famous for his tiger.

Hi wiggles and Kat,
I may have a jam in Franklin NC at the Fun Factory. What sort of time do you all have, are Saturdays best (they are closed Sundays)? I sometimes do a free session (tip jar ok) and we practice new designs. At least that is how I will approach the business. They have pizza, desserts and a sit down restaurant but the main area is an arcade with lots of noisy machines....Just start PM me your preferences for June, July dates. A week day evening is okay with me too. The business will help us promote the Freebie....maybe later we can try to charge but not right now .
