How do you want chat to work?

Many have expressed how happy they are that there is now a Face Paint Forum with CHAT. NOW......how do you want it to work?

Wow! I guess someone needs to answer.. or is it question this.... Hard question ah? Ok, so I am an OOLLDD man and new tricks are hard to learn....maybe... Love to chat... Talk a lot to myself.. great answers that way...well,,,sometimes.
I just wonder if maybe we need to establish a target time to hit the "Chat Room". Might be a start towards knowing when someone might come on. Maybe establish 2 or 3 different times. I know it is hard for people on the west coast to remember the time change for east coast or even Europe... So perhaps try west coast at 6:00PM PST, (7pm Mountian time), 9 pm EST or some such... I think we need a starting point, then we can modify from there to meet our Chat needs and get to really know our face painting friends as we get to meet on line.

New window when you join is good. Then you can 'stick' it up somewhere while you are still browsing and it's always there.

I like chats to open in a separate window

Maybe I am seeing something I don't know I am seeing...after loging in and click on "home", I scroll down to the end of page and I find the Chat box....no one on it...is there another one?
I believe you must be signed in to get it and you must scroll down to the end before you see it.... ain't seen anyone on it yet.

I was on for a few minutes the other day...haha..that's not the problem. Was just saying that I can't place a vote here.

It's just a matter of getting lucky as to who might be online when you are and logged in. I'm usually on several sites at once and therefore, prefer a seperate window for the chat box so I can stick it to a corner of my screen. Sometimes I'm in several chats too.
