I created a (gasp) facebook page!

I have been inspired by many of you to work on a website. Unfortunately, I don't have many pictures of the faces I've painted. I'm waiting on someone to release some to me...
But meanwhile, I've decided to jump in with both feet and create a facebook page. It was so easy, I almost cried! Now I can add photos whenever, and people can tag me in theirs, which will give me permission to use them. I'm super STOKED!

I like the way you can re-post your photo album when you add a new photo. It just keeps you popping up on your fans' walls.

Mine is set up as a fan page. Not sure what the difference is between that and a group.
I have found it a good way to market to people.

Just an FYI on "Pages" which I mentioned on another thread. Is that you can NOT get notifications. Their are tons of threads on this subject begging facebook to add this feature. But there is an App for it that someone created called "Page Notifier" You can get a daily update via email of your activity on your page. You can get it more often (4 times a day, once an hour) But you have to pay for that. Once a day is free and that's better then nothing as far as what I need.

I set mine up as a page versus a group. With a page, you get stats about who has visited, liked, and re-visited your page on a weekly basis.

Does anyone know how to get the FB Like Button on their website?

I don't recall how I got the link on my website, but I do remember I had to use the help feature to figure it out!
Hopefully someone else can be more helpful.

I added three face book pages and notice there is quite a bit of interest in all of them. Great for advertising your FP business, too!
