LOL - its always the little things. Kiption ~ Thanks for looking it over for me. I was worried that it was 'too' much.

It took me about 6 minutes to get through the whole thing, i was informed about your services, if I was filling it out it may have taken a bit longer for me. I thought it was fine. Out of curiosity I downloaded th original and tested the functionality as best I could. Seems like it all works! Smile

...might even steal bits, or chunks of it. :p

If you don't mind of course!

Borrow away! I'm not applying for a copyright for this. LOL Heck - I'll even send you my original MS Word doc - you'll just need to change it up to match your business. Smile

Wow, I could be sucked into reading forum posts ALL DAY!!! Sometimes it makes me feel more nervous, but better at the same time. Weird. So much valuable info it can get overwhelming. But so glad to have all these things addressed BEFORE I run into the problems, so I can be as prepared as possible. I know I will still get some sticky situations and obstacles, but I'm very greatful to have such great resources (all of you and your valuable experiences and advice) at my fingertips! Shannon, I looked at the website and was thinking the free resources were (understandably) pulled due to the fact that you had put out a book of face painting tips, but then scrolled down and saw your comment with the golden 'HERE' link....THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've got some homework to do, but it's all so much easier when I have things like this to base my own guidelines off of. xoxoxo

You can download it from the website at http://www.vhdesign.com/facepainting/contract.doc
if you'd like to take a look at it.

Dawnie, I really love the professionalism and detail of your form. Do you mind if I use it and tweak it to make my own? I have been playing around with it, but I'm not sure why the formatting has the bar on the right hand side with formatting? I'd like to have something I can email the word file to customers they can print themselves or email back to me, but I dont want it to have that type of formatting. Anyone know how I can change this? Thanks for all the helpful advice everyone. This place is great!

DeannaB wrote:Hi All ~ Well it took forever and lots of research (and borrowing) but I finally finished my Face & Body Art Service Agreement. I'm a little worried about passing it out and making it public - it's a long one... 5 pages long... but each area is important and in my mind justified. I would love some feed back.

I've added the PDF version to Google Docs online at: http://tiny.cc/DD-FABA-PDF-Agreement

But the real snazzy part is in the actual PDF file - all of the fields are fillable and/or click-able. If you would like to check out the real PDF file please send me your email address. Thank you everyone for posting and making great suggestions. Thanks! Deanna

How did you make it clickable?
I love the contract, it looks so professional!
