Maternity Mannequin

Anybody found a good deal on these? They're like $65 at Silly Farm and close to that on Amazon after you add shipping. Anyone have one? Is it worth that large of an investment?

I asked a similar question a couple of weeks ago about the body mannequin. It's somewhere in the kit section or general. I don't recall, verbatim what was said, but I've decided to wait. I've not seen the maternity one for less than $50-60, sorry.

Yeah, I read the torso thread, but I've been able to find cheaper torsos, but not cheaper maternity ones.

You could make one out of paper mache and big balloons, then paint it skin tone and cover it with clear contact. Whilst it wouldn't be perfect, it would give you something to practise on.

$50.65 with shipping... I think they only have 1 left though cuz I accidentally was trying to put 2 in my cart and it wouldn't let me add the second one to my cart, said they didn't have enough for that... I just mock checked out for the shipping price... so have at it. Smile

I got 3 shop widow manequins - the hollow, front only ones - male, female and preganant, for £30 on ebay Uk a year or so back. For doodling (pale colours only!) or showing designs on a stall they are fab...
